Our farm today

About us

Our family unit is inextricably tied to our way of life:
 
Salvatore and Giovanni manage the farm and the livestock, raising and caring for the animals, working the fields, producing cheeses and products for the summer months, when the agricultural work is less challenging. They are incredibly dedicated to the farm, as well as entertaining guests and helping to preparate and cook quality meat.
 
Lucia is the glue that holds the family together, heading up the kitchen and building strong relationships with customers; her day begins at dawn with the preparation of the breakfast buffet, before moving on to the pastas, breads and other delicacies we offer our guests.
 
Barbara, the youngest, works in the kitchen alongside her mother, reinventing old family favourites and traditional local dishes. She is always on the lookout for new flavours using authentic zero mile products.
Together with Lucia, she prepares the desserts and pastries for breakfasts, as well as handling the business side
of things, taking bookings and welcoming customers.
